Amongst his distinguished accolades, Stephen boasts attaining the Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation to help clients find deals in the short sale and foreclosure market, with his breath of experience, Stephen Ward has also helped clients buy and sell multi million dollar homes and even commercial property. Stephen has lots of experience from first time home buyers to the luxury market, and can serve everyone in between.
Stephen Ward is a master of negotiation and with his distinguished record of experience, he also serves as Coach and trainer for our team, teaching agents how to serve and represent their clients on the highest echelon of our business. When he is not busy getting his client’s top dollar for their homes, Stephen enjoys spending time with his dog’s in the mountains of North Carolina.
